Eligibility for Exchange or Return:

Requests for exchange or return must be initiated within 24 hours from the date of product delivery.

The product must be in its original, unaltered, and sealed condition, accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

The return request is raised after 24 hours from delivery.

The product has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition.

The product has been damaged due to misuse or overuse by the customer.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during transit or not received in good condition, you may return it unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition as it was delivered. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory to process any return, exchange, or damage-related claim. Without a clear and complete unboxing video, such claims cannot be accepted or entertained.
Once the returned product is received and verified, the exchange or return process will be initiated within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation and Store Credits:
Upon order cancellation, refunds are issued in the form of store credits equivalent to the total value of your order. These credits can be used for any future purchases made on our website. To receive and redeem your store credits, please contact us through any of our official communication channels — Phone, Text, WhatsApp, or Social Media. Please note that if the product has already been shipped and a cancellation request is raised thereafter, a deduction of INR 500 will be applied towards shipping and packaging charges before issuing the store credits.
For customers requesting a refund, please note that the refunded amount typically reflects in the original mode of payment within 3–5 business days post mutual agreement. This duration is governed by the respective banking institutions in India, and we kindly request your patience while the process is completed.
