Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Belvish, we stand by the authenticity and quality of all products sold. However, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in its original sealed condition, along with the original packaging and invoice.

  • To initiate a request, customers must contact our support team at +91-858-899-6969.


2. Mandatory Proof Requirement

  • A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, damage, or discrepancy claim.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • Outer packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Unsealing process

    • Product condition

No claims will be accepted without a valid unboxing video under any circumstances.


3. Non-Acceptance Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Request raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • Product is used, tested, sprayed, tampered, or not in original condition

  • Product returned without original packaging or invoice

  • Damage caused due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Failure to provide a valid unboxing video


4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • The product must be returned in unused and original condition

  • Subject to verification, we will process a replacement or store credit


5. Returns for Cancellation / Change of Mind

In case a customer wishes to return a product due to:

  • Order cancellation (post-delivery), or

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

👉 The following conditions will apply:

  • Product must be strictly unopened, sealed, and unused

  • A deduction of INR 500 will be applied towards packaging, handling, and logistics charges

  • The remaining amount will be issued as store credits only


6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed as store credits equivalent to the order value

  • If cancellation is requested after dispatch, a flat deduction of INR 500 will be applied


7. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer monetary refunds, as there is no provision for transfer of funds to customer bank accounts.

    In rare and exceptional cases, if a refund is approved at our sole discretion, the amount will be processed to the original mode of payment within 3–5 business days, subject to the timelines of the respective banking institutions.


8. Processing Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received and passes quality checks, the return/exchange/store credit will be processed within 5–10 business days


9. Important Disclaimer

Belvish reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request after inspection and verification.
